Steve’s vision went beyond the traditional; he introduced the athlete-equity business model, changing the game by ensuring athletes had a stake in their success. This transformative approach caught the attention of the industry and paved the way for a new era in talent representation. The Familie’s journey took a significant turn with its acquisition by the Wasserman Group, a move that not only validated Steve’s innovative strategies but also expanded our scope beyond action sports. Since relaunching in 2019, The Familie has grown to represent a diverse roster of talent across multiple verticals in sports, music and entertainment.
